When you complete a tournament, you may see that other players are still playing it, as players don't always start at the same time. Tournaments will close after enough players have joined and finished playing, and you will only see the final results once everyone is done.Until then, the leaderboard will say "Results Pending", letting you know some players did not complete yet. As soon as the tournament is complete, you'll see your final placement and collect what you may have won. If you opted-in for push notifications, you'll receive one on your phone notifying you that the results are ready. Please keep in mind that some tournaments may take longer to complete; it will always depend on the number of players.

If your game is interrupted, your phone turns off, or your connection is lost mid-game, the tournament will automatically be paused for up to 15 minutes.When you return to the game, you'll be able to continue from where you left off. However, if you don't return within 15 minutes, your accumulated score will be lost and submitted as 0. This means that your entry fee will be forfeited. Also, please keep in mind that when a player uses the Pause feature, they don't get any extra playtime.

When reporting the issue you experienced, please share as much as possible, including the time when the issue occurred, if you encountered any errors or notice messages, and what happened right after the issue. It is especially important to include the Tournament ID. To find the Tournament ID, go to “Results” in the footer of the game and tap on the relevant Tournament, then scroll down to the bottom of the leaderboard and find the ID.

To log in, follow these easy steps below:

1. Tap on "Account" in the menu bar.

2. Look for "Existing User" and tap "Sign In."

3. Enter the phone number you registered with and tap on "Send Code." Make sure you are entering your phone number that is active and registered to our game to receive the code and that your device can receive an SMS.

4. Insert the code you received on your phone and tap "Login".

5. You will be automatically logged in and can start playing at any time!

Seasonal card albums are collectibles full of humor and rewards. Each album has its own fun theme with 9 unique card sets to collect.

You’ll be rewarded with bonus cash and gems for each set you complete. The rarer the cards in the set, the bigger the rewards for finishing it. Complete the entire album before the season ends to win the grand prize! Albums and cards are “seasonal” because you have a limited time (a“season”) to collect them before the next album arrives, with new cards and rewards. Seasonal cards have different rarity levels, reflected on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, with 5 stars being the rarest. Each set also has a golden card, usually the rarest card in a set.

The Clubs feature is where players can join forces to earn a Club Chest with rewards on a weekly basis. Once in a Club, you gain Club Trophies by playing and winning Cash Tournaments (higherEntry Fee = more trophies). Once the week ends, if the Club has collectively earned enough points to earn a Club Chest, the eligible Club members will be awarded, and the Club Chest will reset with a new challenge.
